In this project, I, at Tanglewood Home Solutions, tackled the challenging issue of basement leak repair and neighbor plumbing resolution. This was a tricky situation involving two neighbors who had been grappling with a major plumbing problem for almost two years. The problem escalated to a point where a leak from one home was causing water damage in the neighboring basement. This affected both households significantly, preventing one from using their sink and dishwasher, and subjecting the other to constant water damage. I successfully identified the source of the leak, mediated between both parties, and handled all the necessary repairs for each home. Happily, the troublesome leak was fixed, the affected basement was fully restored, and both relieved homeowners could finally move on with their lives unaffected by this issue. Get an estimate today!
